Steven McGeady - Board Chair, Managing Director of Drumlin Holdings

Steven McGeady has been the Board Chairman since the company was founded in 2002 and is currently Managing Director of Drumlin Holdings, LLC which is a major technology investment group.  A technology industry veteran with over 30 years in the computer industry Steve brings expertise in interface research management, software engineering, venture investing and corporate and non-profit governance. Steve established himself as an innovator at Intel Corporation where he held executive positions for 15 years including VP of Architecture Labs and VP of the New Business Group.  Steve led numerous software initiatives including starting and running Intel's multimedia and internet operations. A well-known commentator on the role of technology in healthcare, Steve is a current or former board member of many startups and non-profit organizations. Steve also serves as a trustee for numerous institutions, including his alma mater Reed College and Providence St. Vincent Medical Foundation.

Steve Schwartz – ShiftWise Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of Bridge Executive Corp

Steve Schwartz joined ShiftWise as both a member of the board of directors and as a member of the management team as CEO early in the history of ShiftWise.  His board and management leadership was critical in the early start up period and subsequent growth of the company.  Behind his leadership, ShiftWise enjoyed several years of record expansion in market share, achieved consistent profitability and now resides over its continued expansion.  Steve has been as CEO for several health care technology and service companies including Bay Pacific Health Corp., American Health Ventures, Employee Managed Care Corporation (EMC2) and Renaissance Health Care. Steve is also currently a Director and Chairman of Bridge Executive Corp. 

Donald Helfgott - CEO and Co-founder, Inspiration Software

Donald Helfgott has spent more than 25 years leading the creation and development of commercial software products. His prior experience includes managing and directing information technology and commercial software development projects for Nike and Automatic Data Processing (ADP).  As Chief Executive Officer at Inspiration Software, Helfgott leads the long-term direction of the company and also acts as Chief Technology Officer, overseeing product research and development. Originally created by Helfgott as a tool for designing new software, the company's flagship product Inspiration® has become the premier visual learning tool used by students, grades 6-12, across the nation.

Lorraine Maxfield – Senior VP, Corporate Finance, Paulson Investment Company

Lorraine Maxfield is a chartered financial analyst with over 28 years experience in investment banking, corporate finance and investment research. She is currently Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance at Paulson Investment Company, Inc., the Northwest’s largest independent brokerage firm and a leader in small public offerings for growth companies. She has a B.A. in English, M.A. in English Education and M.B.A in Finance and specializes in screening, analysis and valuation of companies seeking public and private financing.

Thomas C. Geiser – Senior Advisor to TPG Capital

Thomas C. Geiser is a Senior Advisor to TPG Capital, a private investment firm with more than $50 billion of assets under management. He has served as advisor and legal counsel to numerous healthcare organizations with a focus on healthcare financing and delivery. Mr. Geiser served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of WellPoint Health Networks Inc. from its inception in 1993 until 2005. Mr. Geiser is a member of the Board of Directors of Surgical Care Affiliates, the Board of Directors of Bring Me a Book Foundation and the Advisory Board of the Stanford University Institute for Research in the Social Sciences.
