ShiftWise is constantly looking for ways to enhance the functionality of our system. User feedback is sent to our product team, who takes everything into account and prioritizes those requests. Some of these requests result in system enhancements. New product enhancements are announced through the ShiftWise banner, email blasts and our monthly newsletters, details of which are provided on this page. Locate the column which fits your user type (HDO or Supplier) to identify the latest release date, enhancements and user documentation.
Note: some releases may not impact both HDO’s and Suppliers. User documentation will only be available for the end users who are affected by the release.
