ShiftWise user John Flores takes us inside his job and tells us what it’s like using the vendor management software.

SW: Why did you decide to use ShiftWise?

John:  We really needed something to help tighten up our staffing game. Prior to Shiftwise we had a long path to follow to even get one client booked to an order.

SW: How long did it take for you to feel like a confident user?

John: I heard ShiftWise had such good rapport with recruiters, but I questioned if it was going to work for my company. I was very skeptical to fully go in but I’m sure glad I did. The initial training from ShiftWise was phenomenal! I really came out of it with a great understanding of the process. After the training class if something ever came up I called customer support and they easily guided me through the process. Within a few weeks I was navigating through the process with ease!

SW: How has ShiftWise made your job easier?

John: Being able to see all of the requirements in one spot has made our process run a lot smoother. Before we had to email and fax back and forth what were each jobs requirements. Now it can be viewed all in one place in a matter of seconds.

SW: If you had to pick your favorite feature within the ShiftWise system what would it be?

John: The verification process hands down! I can’t express how much time that feature saves us. It’s great to know that there is no discrepancy about the booked client if they clear the verification process. If somebody is missing something for an order it is very easy to see what they are missing.

SW: If you went to another organization would you recommend that they use ShiftWise?

John: I really would, no questions about it. After working so close with a hospital using ShiftWise I’m surprised not every hospital has picked up on ShiftWise.

SW: Would you say ShiftWise has helped your business grow?

John: Tremendously. The ability to just be able to see all the orders a hospital needs in one place is a huge help. Once a new order pops up we are able to jump on it right away and submit our candidate. We have grown at super speed since we started using ShiftWise. Back to my previous comment about being hesitant on fully diving into this process or not, I’m sure glad I did! I wish I had a time machine so I could have jumped on this sooner.

SW: And I know this is a very difficult question, so take your time. What is your favorite holiday?

John: Memorial Day (without hesitation).
