ShiftWise user Jaime Mayhew takes us inside her job and tells us what it’s like using the vendor management software.
SW: I know eight years was a long time ago, but why did you first decide to use ShiftWise?
Jaimie: When I first started at Integrated Healthcare Solutions, ShiftWise was, so-to-speak, the breakthrough of healthcare staffing. The only other way to get a shift filled was to do it caveman style and fax back and forth, make a bunch of phone calls and wait around to see if our staff was chosen.
SW: How long did it take for you to feel like a confident user?
Jaimie: After using ShiftWise for eight years I must say that I can navigate the system like the back of my hand. It’s hard to remember what it was like at first. But I can say that I have witnessed ShiftWise become more and more user friendly over the years.
SW: Over the years how has ShiftWise helped your business?
Jaimie: The escrow payment process that the system offers is the best and most efficient way to get your payments processed quickly and efficiently. It has saved us a lot of headaches!
SW: If you went to another organization would you recommend that they use ShiftWise?
Jaimie: Absolutely. I’ve watched ShiftWise grow over the years and seen nothing but forward steps. They really are the gold standard in my books for healthcare staffing and any agency would benefit from it.
SW: Would you say ShiftWise has helped your business grow?
Jaimie: Tremendously. He have grown just as much as ShiftWise has over the years and really established our company in the healthcare industry.
SW: If you had to pick one- and only one – movie to watch everyday, what would it be?
Jaimie: Hmmmm that’s a tough one! But I think I’m going to go with Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. It’s just too funny.
