Shiftlandia is proud to introduce our newest inhabitant, Calvin Smith.
Q: Where do you live? How long have you lived there?
Calvin: Dallas, TX. I have lived in Dallas for 10 years.
Q: What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Calvin: Sports! I officiated basketball for the past 10 years. Currently, I play in a league.
Q: Family, kids, pets?
Calvin: Married, 3 children: Aubree (age 21), Cayton (Age 7) and Chelsi (age 3). My wife, Cosmia, and I have been married for 8 years.
Q: What’s your background in healthcare?
Calvin: Several years ago, I worked for Merritt Hawkins as a Physician Recruiter. I also have a background in Medical Device Sales (spine implants), and ancillary service sales (toxicology testing, pharmacogenetics and compound prescriptions)
Q: What inspired you about ShiftWise that made you want to work here?
Calvin: The people. I was really impressed with the professionalism of everyone I came in contact with during the interview process. I could tell it was a very smart group of people and the positive energy is evident. I was also impressed by the ShiftWise Solution and all the tools, support and resources provided to ensure my success.
Q: How would you describe your approach to working with prospective clients?
Calvin: Consultative and Collaborative.
Q: What territory will you be responsible for?
Calvin: I will have the South Region.
Q: What are you looking forward to the most in your new ShiftWise adventure?
Calvin: I am most looking forward to contributing to the advancement of the organization; and helping my clients solve critical problems.
