Steve Schwartz - Chief Executive Officer
Steve Schwartz joined the executive leadership team as CEO early in the history of ShiftWise and provided critical executive leadership in the start up period and subsequent growth of the company. Behind his leadership, ShiftWise enjoyed several years of record expansion in market share, achieved consistent profitability and now resides over its continued expansion. Steve has been as CEO for several health care technology and service companies including Bay Pacific Health Corp., American Health Ventures, Employee Managed Care Corporation (EMC2 ) and Renaissance Health Care. Steve is also currently a Director and Chairman of Bridge Executive Corp. A native of Brooklyn, Steve has degrees from NYU and Long Island University.
Steve Sipowicz - Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Steve Sipowicz joined the leadership team as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer bringing key leadership in financial operations and planning. Steve has spent his career working with high growth technology companies and was CFO of several public companies including Cascade Microtech, Corillian Corporation, and F.I.C.S. Group, N.V., a Belgian financial software and services company. Steven holds a BS in Chemistry from Bristol University (U.K.), an MBA from Santa Clara University and is also a certified public accountant.
Jason Drucker - Chief Operating Officer, Shiftwise Group
Jason Drucker joined ShiftWise as Sr. Vice President of Marketing and Sales and has presided over the largest period of growth in company history. With several verticals including marketing, sales, new business development, and account management, Jason leads an innovative and highly impactful marketing and sales team. Prior to ShiftWise, Jason was Vice President of Sales and Delivery with one of the largest staffing companies in the industry Vedior N.V. (now Randstadt) with a primary focus in vendor management and managed services. The first to implement a health care client at Vedior, Jason recognized the opportunity in vendor management in healthcare and joined ShiftWise. Jason holds a BS and an MBA from Baruch College in New York, NY.
Mariah Scott - Chief Operating Officer, New Products Group

Mariah joined the executive management team to lead ShiftWise product development and the introduction of new online services, building on the key capabilities and market insights offered by the current product line. Mariah brings deep experience with new product introduction, ranging from healthcare products and services, to enterprise software and consumer technology products. Most recently she was the Global Director of Sales and Marketing for the Intel Digital Health Group, where she led the business planning, market introduction, and sales of healthcare products and services for Intel worldwide. Mariah holds a BA from Carleton College and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Kristine Mitchell - Sr. Vice President of Operations
Kris joined the founders as one of the initial members of the executive leadership team. Soon after joining ShiftWise, the company experienced several years of growth where she led the operational expansion to over 250 hospital clients in less than three years. Now Sr. Vice President of Operations, Kris has sole responsibility for all vendor management (VMS), managed services, and internal staff management operations and delivery including program management, implementations, supplier management services, training, and customer service for over 1,000 health care facilities nationwide. Kris began her career in the healthcare staffing industry holding leadership positions in some of the largest and most high performing health care staffing agencies in the industry. Kris holds a BA from California State University and an MBA from Boise State University.
