In 2009, Welsh Carson Anderson and Stowe, the nation’s leading healthcare venture capital group with over $22B in assets under management, purchased Medefis. He grew Deal Garden, a daily deal site, to 8 markets in just over 12 months. Mark decided to once again pursue healthcare opportunities, and thus, in 2012, sold Deal Garden to Crowd Savings, a national leader in the Daily Deal space.
