Hello Shiftlandia! I am excited about joining the ShiftWise team as its new president. The opportunity with this company is tremendous. I’ve been introduced to an incredible team of people and it’s clear just in the few days I’ve been on the job that there is an awesome ecosystem of clients, staffing suppliers, business partners and ShiftWise staff working in partnership to drive meaningful outcomes for everyone involved.
I’m hitting the ground running in our Portland, OR headquarters and already see some amazing opportunities in front of me for our clients.
My task at ShiftWise will be to ensure we consistently deliver the best possible products and services to our clients, evolving with you as healthcare changes. I will set a vision for us and drive it forward, always with you in mind to ensure you are maximizing your resources and operating with the utmost efficiency. We will be transparent with you about the future and I’m excited to go on this journey with you.
I’ve spent an entire career in the workforce management industry and count healthcare among the key verticals where I’ve been able to make a meaningful impact for my clients. My workforce management experience runs the gamut, including HR outsourcing, scheduling, productivity, workspace visualization and more. I’m looking forward to applying this experience in ways that are meaningful to you, helping drive exponential improvements in your own workforce management programs.
