One of the best things about modernizing contingent staffing processes is the amount of data it provides in ways that can be used to better inform decisions. When every transaction is recorded to a database, it becomes reportable with sorting, filtering and other efficient ways of analyzing that information.

Manual processes are like wandering around in a dark room trying to find a light switch. You desperately want to see more and you know what you’re looking for is probably right in front of you. But all you can do is guess. When the switch is on, everything is transparent. You KNOW vendor fill rates and cost breakdowns across the board. You KNOW your newest hire is 100% qualified. You KNOW hiring person A over person B will avoid an overtime expense.
