ShiftWise user Dee Kilfoyle take us inside her job and tell us what it’s like using the vendor management software.
SW: How often do you use ShiftWise?
Dee: It’s part of my everyday morning routine. I wake up, come to work, and log in to ShiftWise.
SW: How has it made your job easier?
Dee: One word, time. The time alone that I save uploading documents for each user makes the world of difference.
SW: How user friendly is ShiftWise?
Dee: Very user friendly. I picked it up right away. One trick that really helped me in the beginning was having a cheat sheet. I made a color code sheet for what each color of text means for an order.
SW:What is your favorite feature within the software?
Dee: Multiple matching option. The fact that you can match one person to multiple orders with multiple clients is amazing! Other products only let you match each candidate to one order at a time and that’s not very efficient at all. Also the ability to either role match or exact match a candidate to an order makes it that much easier to stay on top of the competition.
SW: What are some advantages for a company to use ShiftWise?
Dee: Getting orders in real time. It really gives you that one up in the staffing industry. A new order is created and you’re instantly notified.
SW: How has the use of ShiftWise helped to increase your overall placements?
Dee: ShiftWise helps with the front and back of the house. Being vendor neutral really helps to make sure the best staff is selected for each order.
SW: One last difficult question! Who is your favorite musician of all time?
Dee: Bruce Springsteen! I’ve seen him in concert about 20 times.
